As I’m In tears leaving this review from my final follow up appointment, I can’t help but praise this group and their diligence in saving my jaw. I am a 25-year-old business owner and my smile is everything to me. — Last fall there was an incident where I completely broke my bottom jaw from K9 to K9. Causing me to almost lose all six teeth and the shape of my mouth. An emergency gum graft was performed resulting in a 6 hour Dentist visit that ultimately saved my face, my teeth, my jaw, my smile. I will forever recommend them to anyone needing reconstruction. Also, the Port Orange Modern dentistry staff has also been Extremely caring and helpful through this entire duration.
