I can’t say anything negative about this office. I am a huge baby when it comes to going to the dentist, due to some past horrible experiences. I have terrible teeth and need LOTS of work, which I’m working on one tooth at a time. They fit me in today on an emergency basis due to a cracked tooth, but they only knew I was in pain at first. EVERYBODY, from the front desk workers, to the insurance/financial person, to the dental assistant, up to the dentist were FANTASTIC! They didn’t treat me poorly because of my teeth issues, treated me with kid gloves cause I’m a complete crybaby, and the dentist numbed my mouth perfectly and pulled the tooth so quickly I didn’t even know it was done. He also continuously checked on me throughout the procedure, and the staff never let me sit in the room by myself for more than 5 minutes, stewing in my anxiety, without checking on me. They also offer payment plans for emergency procedures. I will NOT be going anywhere else ever again, and I cannot thank Port Orange Modern Dentistry enough for helping me on my journey to a healthy mouth and taking away my pain.
